Cory Wharton Opens Up: What Really Ended His Relationship with Taylor Selfridge? New

Cory Wharton Opens Up: What Really Ended His Relationship with Taylor Selfridge?

Teen Mom’s Cory Wharton is sharing a glimpse into what went wrong in his relationship with ex-girlfriend Taylor Selfridge. “I made a mistake. I get that, but it was a nine-year relationship and there’s so many emotions, so many laughs and so many memories,” Wharton, 35, said via his Instagram Story on Thursday, October 8. “I took accountability. A big reason why the relationship didn’t work is me. The only way to move past it is to take accountability. Own up to your mistakes and move past it, and that’s what I plan on doing.” Earlier in the day, Wharton announced via Instagram that he and Selfridge, 32, had split after nine years together. The pair share daughters Mila, 6, and Maya, 3. (Wharton is also dad to Ryder, 9, with ex Cheyenne Floyd.) Selfridge also confirmed the breakup by sharing a separate statement via her Instagram Story. “Yes, I left. I was sick of not getting basic respect from the person I was with for 9 years and the father of my two children,” she wrote on Thursday. “I’m sure everyone could tell the last few years. I deserve more than that and I’ll get it. End of story.” In his latest Instagram Stories, Wharton seemingly addressed his ex’s post when he claimed “it’s not malicious” between the duo. “It wasn’t an ugly breakup. If one party wants to make it look like it was this and that, that’s fine,” he said. “It wasn’t. It was a very mutual thing. ‘OK, it’s time to split. This isn’t working for us. We’ve struggled for two years on making this thing work.’” Wharton continued, “I want nothing but the best for Taylor. … It’s time to heal. It’s time to move on. There’s no reason to just let this thing linger around. It was time.” The reality stars met in November 2017 while filming MTV’s Ex on the Beach. They continued to document their love story on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. Wharton’s relationship with Selfridge, however, was put under the microscope during The Challenge: Cutthroat, which is currently airing on Paramount+. During the season, Wharton developed a friendship with Izzy Fairthorne. Although things never got physical between the pair, Wharton ultimately issued an apology to Selfridge for crossing boundaries. “You guys thought I didn’t know I was going to get eaten up in my comments. I already knew that,” Wharton said on Thursday. “I’m not running from it. It is what it is.” Moving forward, the Real World alum said he is focused on being the best dad to his three children. While it may be a “new chapter,” Wharton vowed to be the “same dad.” “What I plan on doing is being present for my three daughters because they need me now more than ever before,” he said. “I don’t want them to think just because me and Taylor split up that now dad isn’t present. No! My presence is going to be there more than ever before.” Wharton continued, “It’s sad. I’m sad. We’ve been struggling for a while. I’m just happy to move past it.”

The Hidden Reflection Error Everyone's Trying to Spot New

The Hidden Reflection Error Everyone's Trying to Spot

Hey there, my friend!Welcome back to another fun visual challenge that will give your brain a quick workout today.Do you consider yourself someone with eagle eyes and a great sense of detail?Or do you usually miss the tiny things that are hiding right in front of you?Well, today is the perfect day to put your observation skills to the ultimate test.Take a look at the image above and tell me what you see at first glance. It looks like a calm, peaceful day by the water, doesn’t it?We have a set of everyday colorful objects lined up neatly on the green grass. There is a pretty purple table lamp sitting on the far left.Next to it is a bright yellow rain boot, looking ready for a muddy walk. Then we have a red and white striped umbrella standing tall in the middle.Right beside the umbrella is a classic green watering can.And on the far right, there is a cool toy airplane ready for takeoff.Underneath all these objects, there is a clear body of water creating smooth reflections. At first, everything seems completely normal, quiet, and balanced. It looks just like a perfect mirror image on a calm lake. But if you slow down and look a little closer, you will realize something is not quite right here. One of these objects has a reflection that does not match reality.Yes, that is correct, one reflection is playing tricks on your mind!It is sneaking a tiny mistake past your eyes while you are not paying attention.Your mission today is simple: find that one wrong reflection as fast as you can.Do not rush, take a deep breath, and scan each object one by one from left to right.Compare the top object with its reflection directly below it in the water.Look at the shapes, the angles, the colors, and the tiny details on each item.Does the purple lamp look completely symmetrical in the water? What about the yellow boot and its straps or sole? How about the striped pattern and the handle of the umbrella? Is the green watering can pointing in the correct direction?Or maybe the toy airplane has a subtle difference in its reflection?Sometimes our eyes play tricks on us because our brain automatically fills in the gaps. Our brain sees what it expects to see, rather than what is actually there. That is why visual puzzles like this are so much fun and addictive to solve! They remind us to pay closer attention to the beautiful details around us.So, how many seconds did it take you to spot the mistake?Did you find it right away, or did you have to double-check a few times?Drop your answer in the comments below, but do not spoil it for others who are still searching!Good luck, keep your eyes sharp, and enjoy the puzzle!ANSWER:

Marina Squerciati Hints at Baby Talk and Burzek's Future in Chicago P.D. New

Marina Squerciati Hints at Baby Talk and Burzek's Future in Chicago P.D.

Chicago P.D.’s Intelligence Unit is about to get a new member with the arrival of Kevin Atwater’s baby — but are married couple Kim Burgess and Adam Ruzek ready for their own bundle of joy? “I don't know that Burgess has baby fever,” Marina Squerciati exclusively told Us of her character’s headspace during season 14. “I think Burgess deserves a baby, but who knows?” Squerciati, 42 — who has played Burgess since the show’s 2014 premiere — noted that during the upcoming Wednesday, October 14, episode of the hit NBC series, the detective does look at Atwater’s (LaRoyce Hawkins) baby pictures and says, “Oh, this baby’s so cute.” The actress confessed, “But I feel like I do that, too. So who knows?” Squerciati noted that after Burgess and Ruzek (Patrick Flueger) experienced a season 7 pregnancy loss, a new little one could be just what they need. (The couple already share an adopted daughter Makayla.) “Yes, she should have a baby. Let's just do that,” she declared. During the season 14 premiere on Wednesday, October 7, Atwater received a call that his girlfriend, Tasha Fox (Karen Obilom), was in labor. Ruzek, his longtime BFF, grabbed the keys and decided to drive him to the hospital to meet his newborn. Chicago P.D. showrunner Gwen Sigan exclusively told Us that next week viewers will get to meet Atwater’s baby and see him as a father before the actor’s exit from the series this season. (News broke in July that Hawkins is leaving the series after being an OG character.) While Atwater’s departure is bittersweet, Squerciati reassured Us that fans have a lot to look forward to for Burgess and Ruzek as they continue their lives as partners in and out of the CPD. “Burzek has moved to a different house [and a] new neighborhood. They've been in the same, you know, crumbling down house for a while,” the actress said. “And I think Burgess is really unhappy. But she, like, pushed for this. I don't know that she feels comfortable.” Squerciati joked, “She also might be sort of losing her touch on reality or her grip. But you know, who's to say? I only know so much. I don't seem that great. I will tell you that.” When it comes to Burgess’ relationship with her husband, Squerciati assured Us that they are in a good place. “I think we're smooth sailing,” she said. “I think we've been bumpy for 13 years. The audience deserves smooth sailing with, like, a dash of Burgess' mind, like, on the edge.” Squerciati also teased that outside of Burgess’ romance, she will be challenged at work this season. “This year, I go undercover in a way that I've never done before, and that was fun to explore,” she shared. “[I] certainly sink my teeth into [it].” Chicago P.D. airs on NBC Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET.

Can You Solve the Mystery of the Headless Duck? New

Can You Solve the Mystery of the Headless Duck?

So, take a close look at this main picture. What do you see first?A duck, right? But something is very, very wrong with this picture. The poor duck is missing something super important. Can you see what it is?That’s right! Its head is completely gone!Where the head should be, there is just a simple dotted outline. The CluesIt looks like we are in charge of finding the correct replacement! The duck’s body is already here, resting on a small wooden log.Notice the beautiful feathers on its body: it has a mix of brown, grey, and white.See the bright green patch on its wing? And those very distinct orange feet? These details are key to solving the mystery. We cannot just put any head on it.We need to find the one head that truly belongs to this body. The CandidatesWe are in luck, because we have four choices to pick from.Look at the bottom of the picture. There are four different duck heads, labeled A, B, C, and D.Each head is a candidate, but only one is the right fit.Let’s examine our options.Head A has a vibrant, glossy green head.It also has a very white collar at the base of its neck. And its beak is bright yellow. This looks very sharp. But is it this duck’s head?Head B is entirely white. Its beak is bright orange, similar to the duck’s feet.A white-headed duck is a very common type. But when you look at the body, is that the look we are going for?Think about how colors work together. Now, look at Head C. Wow!This one is really fancy and colorful. It has stripes of white, black, and orange all over its face. And the eye is an interesting red color. It looks like a more rare or exotic type of duck.Does this complex pattern match the body’s more classic feather look? Finally, we have Head D.This head is covered in mottled brown feathers, with small black flecks. Its beak has patches of orange, black, and yellow. It looks like a very natural camouflage pattern.Does this brown blend in with the main body, or is it too subtle? The Big DecisionNow the tough part begins.Look from the main body, on its little log, to the four heads below.Compare everything.Don’t just think about what head you like best.Think about which head completes the full, natural bird.Imagine putting each head onto the neck on the body.Which one looks like it was always meant to be there?Think about common water birds you have seen before. This is a very specific type of duck.Your Turn! So, which one is it?Take your time. There is no rush.Is it Head A, B, C, or D?Choose the option you believe with your heart.Lock in your answer! When you have made your final decision, let me know.Good luck!ANSWER: A

Christa Pike's Shocking First Words After Her Botched Execution New

Christa Pike's Shocking First Words After Her Botched Execution

Christa Pike's lawyers have revealed her first words upon waking up after her botched execution . Pike, now 50, was supposed to die on September 30th, but things didn't go to plan and she ended up in the hospital. Christa Pike's lawyers give update on courthouse steps As the discussion about what happens next to Pike continues, her attorneys traveled to the courthouse in Nashville to make a case for how she should be treated. They argued that she should be given access to contact with family, friends and legal representatives, as well as asking that she be unshackled from the handcuffs that she is currently in. Not much is known about her current physical condition, although her attorneys did give a full account as they understand it. One of her representatives, attorney Randy Spivey, said: "On Monday night it was our understanding that Christa was brain dead and that life support would be removed the following day. "On Tuesday, to the shock of everyone... Christa woke up and began talking . "I do not have an explanation for what happened between Monday night and Tuesday morning, but what we do know is that Christa has a long road to recovery. She has a blood clot in one of her arms; she has pneumonia, she is not able to swallow yet so she has not eaten, she cannot move either of her arms, both of her arms and hands are tremndoisly swollen and we do not know what if any functions she will regain in her arms. "That is just the physical toll that all of this has taken. "Neither we nor Christa have even begun to process what this means for her mental health, Christa was at peace, she helped the execution team find what they thought was venous access, she was kind and polite as they worked for an hour stabbing her arm with needle after needle and then she felt the burn of the pentobarbital. "Then she woke up in hospital surrounded by people she didn't know, with a tube down her neck. "We don't know the toll all of this will take, but Christa is a survivor and we remain hopeful. "All of this was foreseeable and foreseen; what happened to Christa is exactly what the state was warned would happen and there are so many questions that need to be answered - not by Christa, but by the state of Tennessee. "One of those questions has to be, how much suffering is enough?" When pressed for her first words upon waking, he added: "I was not in the room when she woke up so I don't want to speculate too much, but our understanding was that the first thing she said was 'where am I and who are you?' "There is still a lot of confusion, so I will say that." "She has asked about several people; she has asked about her team, she has asked about the victims family, she is angry and confused about everything right now."
