Debris from a medical transport plane that mysteriously vanished early Saturday in the waters off Nantucket has been discovered floating in the ocean, the US Coast Guard confirmed.

Crews from the Boston-based Coast Guard cutter William Sparling rushed to the scene off the coast of Massachusetts and were sifting through wreckage to identify parts of the downed aircraft, a USCG spokesperson told The Post Saturday night.
