Brian Austin Green got real about his mental health highs and lows while navigating a hard couple of days amid fiancée Sharna Burgess’ return to Dancing With the Stars.

“It is 9:05 p.m. I am at the mall by myself. I’m gonna watch a movie by myself,” Green, 53, shared in a somber Instagram video posted Saturday, September 26. “[I] just haven’t had a good couple of days, and I think it’s important to share that.”

The Beverly Hills, 90210, alum noted, “We have a lot of great days, and then some days you have not so much. But we persevere, you know. We get through it. It'll be OK.”
